Green Salsa with Avocado
- 1 pound roasted beefsteak tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2oz white onion, finely chopped
- 6 roasted serrano chiles, stemmed and finely chopped
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 roasted garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 ¼ teaspoon salt
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl to form a thick sauce. Leave for 10 minutes and then mix again. Season to taste with salt then set aside.
