Nuevo Leon Black Salsa
- ½ pound well roasted (almost blackened) tomatillos Milpero
- 1oz well roasted (almost blackened) white onion
- 1 well roasted (almost blackened) garlic clove
- 8 roasted piquín chiles
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Grind all the ingredients in a molcajete or blender until the mixture is coarsely puréed.
Season to taste with salt.
