- 1 Medium pumpkin
- 2 Quarts Milk
- 2 Cups brown sugar
- 1 Large cinnamon stick
1. Boil pumpkin cut in medium slices in a pot with 3 cups water and cinnamon. When soft, remove shell and blend pulp without seeds in the same water as it was cooked in; set aside (in the same pot.
2. Add milk, sugar and nutmeg; bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a spoon; cook for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
