Salsa Martajada


  • 1 pound roasted beefsteak tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2oz white onion, finely chopped
  • 6 roasted serrano chiles, stemmed and finely chopped,
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 roasted garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 ΒΌ teaspoon salt


Mix the ingredients together in a bowl to form a thick sauce. Leave for 10 minutes and then mix again. Season to taste with salt.
