Salsa Tequila
Ingredients
- 3 Morita chiles
- 1 Ancho chile
- 1 Dried chilaca chile
- 1 Mulato chile
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp white onion, roasted
- 1 allspice
- 1 clove
- 1 pinch dry oregano
- ΒΌ cup olive oil
- 3 tsp tequila blanco
- 1 cup water
Instructions
Roast the chiles and soak in hot water.
Grind the chiles together with the other
ingredients.
Heat the oil and fry the salsa, seasoned
with a little salt and add the Tequila.
Cook for 5 minutes.
