Salsa Tequila

Ingredients

  • 3 Morita chiles
  • 1 Ancho chile
  • 1 Dried chilaca chile
  • 1 Mulato chile
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp white onion, roasted
  • 1 allspice
  • 1 clove
  • 1 pinch dry oregano
  • ΒΌ cup olive oil
  • 3 tsp tequila blanco
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

Roast the chiles and soak in hot water.
Grind the chiles together with the other
ingredients.

Heat the oil and fry the salsa, seasoned
with a little salt and add the Tequila.

Cook for 5 minutes.
